SIM is an Italian consulting company, offering services, consultancies and technical assistance to international organisations such as the WB, the EU, the IADB, the AfDB, the ADB, the EBRD, UNIDO, DFID, as well as to government administrations and to private sector investors.
Since 1985, SIM core activity, as per its name, is specialised in Monitoring and Evaluation, as well as Technical Assistance and Engineering Design and Construction Supervision, even if the Company strongly operates in the sector of co-operation for development projects throughout four continents and in a wide range of specialties: Civil engineering (roads, bridges, highways and public buildings etc); Hydraulic engineering (water supply, sanitation, irrigation etc); Agriculture and rural development; Institutional Strengthening; Governance, public administration reform; Support local communities and gender equity; Training and Education; Enhancement of the role of civil society; Health and Cultural heritage and Tourism.
