AIFO - Associazione Italiana Amici Di Raoul Follereau (Italian Association Amici di Raoul Follereau)

AIFO is a non-governmental organization (NGO) involved in the field of International Social-Health Cooperation . In 1961, in Bologna, a group of Comboni volunteers and missionaries inspired by Raoul Follereau's message of love and justice , "Against Lebbra and Against All Lepers", decided to found an association open to all, as wanted by Follereau who wrote : "Proclaim universal heir to all the youth of the world: right, left, center, extremist; that I care! All youth: the one who received the gift of faith, the one that behaves as if it believed, the one that thinks it does not believe. There is only one sky for the whole world. "Aifo is born, aPopular Association, rooted in the National Territory, attentive to the themes of Global Education to form aware citizens with the common objective of engaging with the last and for their rights.
