ARTELIA MADAGASCAR is one of the oldest and largest consulting firms in Madagascar founded in 1973. It is the Malagasy subsidiary of ARTELIA Group. It works in all regions over the country, in the Indian Ocean region, and in Africa, providing technical assistance in the areas of natural resources management and engineering infrastructure on programmes funded by national government's departments, by international institutions (World Bank, European Union, African Development Bank, AFD, JICA, etc.) and by private investors.  In the past two years, 50% of ARTELIA MADAGASCAR's clients come from private sectors.

With over 200 references, a team of 50 people, ARTELIA MADAGASCAR performs investigations, studies and work supervision in the areas of environment, energy, potable water, fight against floods, rural development, urban environment, industrial, transport, rural and coastal, and port infrastructure.  ARTELIA MADAGASCAR is involved in all stages of the project cycle, from identification, feasibility study, detail design, procurement, work supervision, monitoring and evaluation.
