Empresa Publica Para la Gestion del Turismo y Deporte de Andalucia (EPGTDA)

The “Public Company for the Management of Tourism and Sports of Andalusia, Sociedad Anónima”, is a commercial company of the Andalusian Public Sector, provided for in article 4 of Legislative Decree 1/2010, of March 2, by which it is approved the Consolidated Text of the General Law of Public Finance of the Junta de Andalucía, and as such is governed by said Law, by Law 9/2007, of October 22, on the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía, by the Law 4/1986, of May 5, of the Heritage of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia and by the provisions of their development, as well as by their specific regulations and by the rules of civil, commercial and labor law that are applicable.
