Alboa - Almen Boligorganisation Aarhus

ALBOA is a housing association with housing in Aarhus and Skanderborg Municipality. We rent, operate and develop 80 housing departments with a total of 7,200 homes. We have housing for young people, single people, the elderly, families and people with disabilities. A total of 12-15,000 people live in ALBOA.

ALBOA has a center of gravity in southern Aarhus, Viby and Højbjerg, but we also have homes in Vejlby, Galten and in the city center.

ALBOA is headquartered at Vestergårdsvej 15 in Viby. About 40 people work here, while around 90 real estate employees work in the departments.
