Windle International Somalia (WISOM) is a non-governmental organization in Somalia and a member of Windle International in UK with operation and oversight support cordinated by Windle Intl. Kenya.The Windle International Somalia is a registered humanatarian organization in Somalia Federal Government .WISOM works with Windle Trust International UK,Windle International Kenya, Windle International Ugunda,Windle Trust International Sudan,and Hugh Pilkington Charitable Trust Ethiopia.Windle International Kenya started its operations in 1977 to assist the refugees and the needy Kenyans.

Established in 1977 by the late Dr. Hugh Austin Pilkington,Windle International kenya has grown from humble beginnings providing basic communication skills to refugees through the English Language Programme to an organization that has spread out its wings towards providing education to the Tertiary education, Secondary education, Primary education, Teacher training and above all Education Scholarships . Hugh’s selfless act of charity inspired him to tour Canadian Universities to speak about the plight of African refugees, promote University scholarships for refugees and to visit African students whom he helped to place in Canadian Universities and Colleges.
