Regional Agency for Active Labor Policies / Agenzia Regionale per le Politiche Attive del Lavoro - Arpal Umbria

The Regional Agency for Active Labor Policies - ARPAL was established with the Regional Law n. 1 of 14 February 2018 "Integrated system for the labor market, lifelong learning and promotion of employment. Establishment of the regional agency for active employment policies".
ARPAL Umbria is an instrumental body of the Umbria Region with legal personality under public law, administrative, organizational, accounting, management autonomy and its own staff.
The functions and activities of ARPAL Umbria are carried out in accordance with state and regional legislation and with the acts of regional planning, in compliance with the objectives assigned by the regional government, the essential levels of performance and the service standards established by law.
