Solana is a modern canning industry with a tomato processing capacity of 200,000 tons per year.

The company, founded in 2001 , is a joint stock company with a capital of 7,590,000 euros, by the will of a group of entrepreneurs in order to create a production site of excellence. A modern industrial conception aimed at satisfying the customer's needs and a particular sensitivity to market needs characterize this company that wants to establish itself in the European and world context with high quality standard products.

The processed tomato comes from integrated crops and is supplied by Producers' Organizations that assist farms from sowing to harvesting by following the regional integrated defense regulations in cultivation. The tomato comes from the Po Valley.

Traceability of the raw material up to the batch of seed used and compliance with the limits of pesticide residues established by European legislation is guaranteed.
