Reabilita

Reabilita is a real-estate developer. We buy old buildings with potential, retrofit them, and later sell the apartments. By working with our own team of architects and engineers, we have full control of our projects, a clearer vision of the whole approach for each building, and more accuracy in renovation works. In the end, this will be translated into more profitable investments to our clients.

In 2007, Reabilita took its first steps towards offering the best price/quality product to the real estate market in Lisbon. In the first 10 years of work, we renewed our buildings and then sold the apartments before renovation, allowing each customer the possibility of a interior project adapted to his needs.
Since 2017, and continuing the initial vision of a full and deep renovation of the building envelope, we started also developing “turnkey” apartments. Our product stands out by the intrinsic value of a full monitoring and commitment to each project.

In more than 10 years of experience, and almost 40 buildings renovated, along with young and efficient team, we believe that we give an important contribute to the renovation of our city, improving the life quality of those who live here and those who visit Lisbon.
