The Health and Community Foundation is a nation-wide agency which also intervenes at international level. It is widely experienced in the creation and management of services addressed at prevention and treatment of several health and social problems.

Its main aim is to improve the health and welfare, being permanently committed with those most underprivileged in the community.

It was created in 1997 within the Group ABS (Action for Health and
Welfare), which is well recognised in Spain, having intervened for more than 20 years in the field of drug dependences, AIDS and other issues related to social exclusion and health.
