TECHFEM SpA was founded in 1984 by a group of professionals and managers from Snamprogetti SpA The particular aptitude of the founders to study ad hoc engineering solutions to plant and production problems proposed by customers and the passion for research and development have laid the foundations for a company philosophy oriented to the customer and to technological innovation. Today Techfem is an independent engineering and construction services company, with about 200 employees, with offices throughout Italy and operating foreign companies. The particular aptitude for solving complex engineering problems and technological innovation makes today Techfem an engineering and consultancy company in various areas of the oil & gas sector from upstream to midstream and also in downstream.

Mission

This philosophy is the basis of Techfem's mission which is expressed in the awareness of its high technical and managerial skills, used to achieve the goal set by the project through the most logical path and without wasting resources.
Often the goal of a project is not clearly identified and the definition of the path to achieve it is part of the commitment of Techfem, of the men and women who make it up.
