Frontline Solutions is a diverse, Black-owned consulting firm that works with non-profits and philanthropic organizations to help them to plan, innovate, learn and transform.

The organization uses a unique tool, the Equity Footprint, to help organizations transform their internal culture and external impact and works with a wide range of groups, from the country's largest foundations to grassroots movements that have a significant influence on a community, city or neighborhood.
