C.O. Williams Construction had its modest start back in 1960 as a small enterprise when founder, Sir Charles Williams, started providing relatively simple earth-moving & agricultural cultivation services using a single tractor.

Performance, determination, customer service and integrity are hallmarks of the company that continue today, which soon brought to the fledgling enterprise recongnition and trust, and opened up opportunities for expansion and progress. Paraphrasing the company\'s long used and well-known slogan "COW moved the earth to please" and the market responded. On these positive prospects in 1970 C.O. Williams Construction Limited officially incorporated.
