We don’t believe that everyone should have to come to Boston for the best care; we bring Boston-level expertise to you. 

Wellforce was created to provide Massachusetts hospitals and physicians with a new option for collaboration – bringing together the strengths of academic medicine and community care in a model that respects both equally. Wellforce was formed in 2014 by Circle Health (including Lowell General Hospital) and Tufts Medical Center as well as the physicians on New England Quality Care Alliance and the Lowell General Physician Hospital Organization. Understanding the importance and growing need for home health services, Wellforce expanded its reach to create one of the largest home health and hospice providers in the region. On October 1, 2018, Home Health Foundation joined Wellforce.
