Poltava Regional Municipal Production Enterprise of Heat Economy "POLTAVATEPLOENERGO" is based on the property of common (communal) property of territorial communities of villages, settlements and cities of Poltava region and transferred to the operational department of the Department of Housing and Communal Services of Poltava Regional State Administration.

The company is accountable to and controlled by the Poltava Regional Council.
