COWI Belgium

COWI Belgium, located a stone's throw away from the EU institutions in Brussels, is a consultancy company specialising in technical assistance services and performing studies (including impact assessments and evaluations) for the European Commission and the European Investment Bank (EIB) in Luxembourg.

The firm acts as a project management office for several Commission and EIB Framework Contracts in the areas of transport, energy, environment, rural development and food security,  governance and home affairs, maritime policy, and regional and urban development, either as a consortium leader or on behalf of COWI A/S, its parent company in Denmark.

The office counts 13 permanent employees, mostly qualified as transport and environment engineers and economists.
