Success Horizon Organization for Development ASO

The Success Horizon Organization for Development (ASO)  is a humanitarian, developmental, relief, nonprofit and nonpolitical organization, which is dedicated to improve the community, increase social coherence and to support women, children and people in need based on the human rights approach.

Targeting all helpless categories according to venerability criteria of women, children, disabled, elderly, widow, divorced, the women who head the family, emigrants, refugees, the ones who return to their places and the host community who are affected. ASO is registered in Iraqi Federal Government (address number 1S2005004 in 6th of May 2020). Its main office is located in Nineveh Governorate – Zummar sub- district, but it also manages groups, volunteers and activities in several places including, AL –Aayadia , Rabiaa, Wana sub- district and Telkief.

Although, ASO as a local organization has recently registered in nonpolitical organization’s department, but it started working from 2014 as an active volunteering group which proved itself in a good way through focusing on different types of social activities like rapidly responding in emergency situations and helping refugees during ISIS battles with great focus on child protection and coexistence activities through involving communities in dialogues, raising awareness and to spread peace.
