Grand Large Yachting

Founded in 2003 by Xavier Desmarest and Stéphan Constance, the Grand Large Yachting Group is made up of five shipyards and two service companies managed from France and the United States. The expertise of our teams allows us to be present in three maritime markets: yachting, professional vessels and service.

The Grand Large Yachting group brings together construction sites for pleasure boats, boats for professional use as well as various related activities:
• Allures Yachting, Outremer Yachting, Garcia Yachts are leading shipyards in the ocean cruising niche.
• Gunboat is an American brand of very high performance pleasure catamarans (carbon-epoxy technology). Production has just been relocated to France
• Alumarine Shipyard builds professional aluminum boats (pilot boat, rescue boats, mooring cruiser, passenger transport, etc.)
• Ocean Voyager builds catamarans dedicated to operating in tourist trips by the day (day-charter)
• Grand Large Services meets the service expectations of the group's boat owners.
• EFT is the leading training center in France for mariners for all the skills required (eg diesel mechanics, weather forecasting, safety, medicine in isolation, etc.) apart from driving the boat.
• Shoreteam and GL Yachting Asia (Sri Lanka) are two expertise and composite construction entities.
• Griffon Marine, founded in 1848, is a carpentry company specializing in nautical fittings.
