Agence des Services et Systèmes d'Information (ASSI)

The purpose of the Information Services and Systems Agency (ASSI) is to ensure the operational implementation of programs and projects within the framework of development strategies for secure digital information systems and services in Benin.

As such, it is responsible for: strategic, methodological and operational assistance to all government structures and operators of vital importance (OIV); the execution of projects relating to intelligent administration (Smart Gouv), E-Commerce, Dematerialization, and those supported by information systems and services (ISS); project management assistance for projects from all sectoral ministries; the design and implementation of information systems and services responding to national strategic priorities; the development, updating and operational execution of master plans for national information systems.
