About

The mission of the NATIONAL EMPLOYMENT AGENCY (ANPE) is to contribute to the development and implementation of the National Employment Policy. It is responsible for:

  • Contribute to the development of indicators on employment, unemployment, vocational training and the development of communication for employment;
  • Facilitate intermediation between supply and demand for jobs through information, guidance, support-advice and prospecting for job potential in urban, peri-urban, rural, etc. .
  • Promote employment in general, and employment in rural areas in particular, in collaboration with the National Fund for the Promotion of Enterprise and Youth Employment (FNPEEJ);
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of employment development programs, through support activities for the promotion of self-employment as well as salaried employment through the development of pre-integration courses;
  • Contribute to the development of employment through initial training, further training and retraining activities;
  • Mobilize and manage the resources intended to finance the various programs and projects relating to the implementation of the National Employment Policy.
