Environment Infrastructure Development Investment - EIDC

The sponsor market within the Environmental Infrastructure sector is generally less developed from an institutional investment perspective, particularly within the WtE sector. The difficulty most sponsors have, therefore, is taking good project ideas and technical solutions to the point where they are financially investible by sophisticated capital – this is the precise raison d\'etre of EIDC.

The primary focus of EIDC will be to develop Environmental Infrastructure projects and complementary company investment opportunities, with a focus on waste and WtE projects, with the potential to pursue other attractive renewable energy projects (eg solar and wind) where the skill sets of EIDC can be used to add value to a project investment opportunity.
