Liaoning- Efacec Electrical Equipment Co. Ltd (LEEEC)

Liaoning-EFACEC Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. is a Sino-Portuguese joint venture which specializes in the production of high voltage and extra high voltage power transformers, mobile substations and Foreign Contracted Projects (Engineering Procurement and Construction [EPC] Projects). LEEEC was established in October 1994, it was declared to go into operation by Portuguese President Mr. Jorge Sampaio and Liaoning Governor Mr. Wen Shizheng at the opening ceremony in March 1997. It was invested by 3 shareholders including Liaoyang Yifa Investments Limited, EFACEC Empresa Fabril De Maquinas Electricas, S.A. in Portugal and ATAL Hong Kong. with registered capital of 31.29 million U.S. dollars and total assets of 950 million RMB. The area of land occupied by the factory is 64,000 square meters. So far, the company has 650 employees.

LEEEC has its headquarters “ EFACEC Electric International Engineering Co., Ltd.” in Beijing and located in the Beijing Economic Development Zone. LEEEC undertakes the construction of power plants of various capacities, substations and transmission lines of voltage levels up to 500kV, mobile power plant, mobile substations and mobile traction substation for clients in China and in oversea countries. It provides its clients with world-class Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services in power generation, transmission & distribution with its own design, procurement, construction, installation, testing and commissioning ability. It has an experienced team of engineers and is equipped with state-of-the-art construction and installation machineries and testing equipment.
