We are a boutique management consultancy with offices in Prague (Czech Republic) and Bratislava (Slovakia). Owned by three consultants and executives, with an international team of 15 and a globe-spanning network of partner companies, engineers and other subject matter experts.

We provide advice on digital transformation, energy transition, infrastructure financing and procurement. We have robust track record in technical assistance projects with multilateral development banks, mainly the EBRD, Council of Europe Development Bank, EIB, and the World Bank Group. Beside Central Europe, our principal markets are Western Balkans (Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo), Turkey, the Caucasus (Georgia, Azerbaijan), Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan) and North Africa (Morocco, Tunisia), however we have had successful projects in countries as diverse as the United Kingdom, Finland, Singapore, or Vietnam, for corporations, cities, or government agencies.

Aspiro is undergoing regular bi-annual quality audits, holds professional liability insurance for its consulting activities, and adheres to HR and environmental policies compliant with leading international standards.
