About
ENH's main assets are holdings in the concession contracts of affiliates in oil operations, classified as "assets available for sale", namely, 70% of CMH shares and 80% of CMG shares, included in the development project integrated from the Pande and Temane fields, which in turn have a 25% stake in the UJV with third parties, including Sasol affiliates, iGas-CEF and IFC.
Assets include research assets and equipment, a natural gas processing center and the entire associated complex, and an approximately 850 km pipeline connecting Pande/Temane to the Secunda region in South Africa. scope of the supply of natural gas for the domestic market, infrastructure and pipelines for the supply of natural gas to the distribution networks in Matola and Maputo.
In addition to these core assets, ENH has workshops and warehouses in Vilankulo, as well as an office building and a residential complex (bimbi complex), resulting from its historic location in research activities in Inhambane.
ENH's other participations correspond to several projects in the development phase, whose accounting and valuation as yet not elaborated. However, of the Rovuma reserves, of which ENH holds 15% in Area 1 and 10% in Area 4, which will be developed through entities with specific purposes, namely commercial companies, ENH Rovuma Area 1, SA and ENH FGNL, SA, offer a great potential for valuing non-current assets in exchange for the evolution of equity.
