CPRM Consultants, Inc. (CPRM) is a Philippine-based consulting firm dedicated to improving development and governance processes, and building capacity as well as instituting systems for continuing capacity improvement in developing country governments and their institutions. CPRM was organized in 2001 and its precursor, Center for Public Resource Management, Inc. in 1994 by a group of retired cabinet members and senior executives who pioneered the governance reforms that underpinned the country’s progress of the 1990’s. Today, CPRM comprises of a core full time staff and more than 100 individual experts who are established professionals, academicians, private and public sector executives and businessmen who want to share their development experience and expertise in quality and strategy.
