DOSMEP – Department of SME Promotion

A practice known in the past as: the promotion and development of enterprises, small and medium (SMEPDO) was created on August 17, 2005 by a decree of the Prime Minister on the promotion and development of enterprises, small and medium (SMEs) No. 42 / PM, dated 20 April 2004 and the provisions of the Minister of Industry and Handicrafts (Ministry of Energy and Mines now) on the organization and functioning of the promotion And National Development and Productivity No. 374 / OR, dated 17 August 2005 .

The Ministry of Industry and Commerce is under the direct supervision of the Party Committee, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in accordance with the Decision on the Organization and Functioning of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce No. 0718 / ECCC, dated 05 August 2020 .
