Icon Consortium

Icon Consortium Ltd. (Rwanda) and Icon Concepts Ltd. (Kenya) are construction consultancies specializing in Architecture, Planning, Engineering Design, and  Management of General construction and Interior Design Projects. Icon Consortium was established in Kigali, Rwanda, in the year 2007, while Icon Concepts was established in Nairobi, Kenya, in the year 2010.

Icon Concepts is a registered Firm member of both the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors (BORAQS) and the Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK). In Kenya the firm has members registered by both BORAQS and AAK, in the Architects and Construction Project Managers Chapter.

Icon Consortium has members registered by the Rwanda Institute of Architects (RIA) and Institute of Engineers of Rwanda (IER).

The firm has a skilled team consisting of Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, Interior Designers, Specialist Consultants and Technicians. Local and international partnerships are formed to work with the Firm on specialized projects.

Turnkey (Design and Build) services are offered for both New and existing projects. The firm provides services for individual, corporate and Government agencies within the East African region.
