CCCC First Highway Consultants Co., LTD (FHCC) was firstly established in 1952. In the year 1999, it was separated from the Ministry of Communications and was classified into the China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC). Now after reformation it belongs to China Communications Construction Company Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CCCC).The institute is now stationed in Xi’an.
With the hard working of several generations, our institute has developed into a national superfine highway survey and design institute. We have the ability to survey and design more than 500km top-class highway every year. Our institute now possesses many subsidiary companies, with nearly 1000 staffs and more than 1 billion Yuan assets. The major aspects of our institute operations are survey, design, feasibility study, engineering consultation and technical test for all kinds of expressways, large bridges, long tunnels and other communication projects. In addition to road system, we have the ability of preparing international or national bidding documents or compiling the highway development-related rules, regulations, technical standards and engineering specifications.
