The Regional Development Agency for Podravje - Maribor, as the central development agency in the Podravje region, together with partner institutions, is the most important link for the development of the Municipality of Maribor as well as all other 40 municipalities in the region. Due to the very important function it performs, it is crucial that it represents the best service to municipalities in the field of regional development, project support, drawing European funds, networking, attracting investors, tourism development, smart specialization and support to the business environment.

RDA Podravje - Maribor performs individual tasks within the General Service and four sectors:

• Sector for Regional Development,
• Sector for Entrepreneurship,
• Sector for Research, Development and Innovation,
• Tourism Sector.
