Madiro has a deep commitment to health equity for the world's most vulnerable populations. Whether a lack of access to quality health care results from living in rural or remote areas, due to weak health systems, or from conflict or marginalization, Madiro works with partners to identify transformative innovations that will save lives and reduce suffering, and support them to reach scale.

Through our operational support role and project funding, Madiro focuses on innovation that encompasses digital technologies, new models of care, improved health systems, and new diagnostics and therapeutics.

Madiro was founded by the Gillian and Adrian Schauer Foundation.
