The mission of PAMECAS is to allow its branches to promote economic and social well-being of their members and communities in the line of solidarity, responsibility and democratic management through:
- the development of sustainable savings and loans branches
- the mobilisation of local savings and external resources
- the setting up of performing administrative, accounting and financial policies that are adapted to local regulation
- the advancement of accesible and adapted financial services
- the ongoing training of staff and management
- local, sub-regional and international cooperation.
