Ardes was born in Milan in 1962, specializing in the production of electric cookers. In 1992 the company moved to the Seriana Valley (Bergamo) and became part of the Scame group, expanding the range of products made in Italy. Thus, over the years, products such as the electric cauldron, the Sole Mio warmers with heat storage, the electric and gas cookers, the bed warmers and the range of hot steam humidifiers were born.

In 2015 the company became the small household appliance division of Poly Pool spa, a leading company in the distribution of electrical equipment. Ardes branded products are manufactured and selected in strict compliance with current regulations and the best quality parameters, with certified internal and external controls. The mission is to offer functional, safe, easy to use products, able to meet the needs of every day. Ardes' proposal now embraces different categories of small appliances:

• Products for Cooking and Preservation, historical ranges for the company, which has always been a market leader in the electric stove and gas cooking segment, thanks to Italian production and technical know-how.
• Electric heating, both with the made in Italy range of underblankets and with the wide range of small portable heaters.
• Ventilation, with an extensive catalog capable of covering all categories of products for summer cooling.
• Products for air treatment, with Dehumidifiers and Humidifiers also made under the brand of important international brands.
• Electric repellents against insects and mosquitoes, perfect complement to products for home comfort.
• Personal care products.
