Regional Government of Tuscany - TVE

The Tuscan Region is a local authority with its own statutes powers and functions according to the principles established by the Constitution of the Italian Republic.
Represents the regional community and exercise their constitutional autonomy and enhances the unity and indivisibility of the Italian Republic, founded by the Resistance, and in the framework of the principles of membership and support for the EU.

The region includes the territories of the provinces of Arezzo, Florence, Grosseto, Livorno, Lucca, Massa Carrara, Pisa, Pistoia, Prato, Siena. The capital is Florence, where the council and the regional council normally meet.
