New Wave GmbH - was founded in 1997 with headquarters in Oberaudorf. The company is owned 100 percent of the capital by New Wave Group AB, a listed company in Sweden. New Wave AB operates in the business areas of corporate promo, sports & leisure and home furnishings.

More than a quarter of a century ago, the Swede Torsten Jansson, who was still a screen printer at the time, was annoyed about the poor quality and delivery capabilities of his textile wholesalers and began to import textiles himself.

With the aim of being there for his customers and offering them better services, Torsten Jansson laid the foundation stone for the success story of the Swedish NewWave Group in 1985.

Today the New Wave Group is represented in 20 countries around the world with 2,500 employees and a turnover of more than 500 million euros. Our constant drive is to develop and manufacture textiles and to inspire our customers for the wide range of New Wave products, the quality and the fast delivery service.
