The Palestinian Non-Governmental Organization Network (PNGO) was established to help those who help. The Palestinian Non-Governmental Organization Network provides supportive services to Non-Governmental Organizations in Palestine and Diaspora including:

Capacity building and training

We help to develop the capacity of NGOs so that they can work more effectively, and therefore help their beneficiaries. We think that capacity building is a process that starts from what NGOs already have; it is linked to clear goals/purposes and is not a stand-alone element. Capacity building also comprises various techniques, such as training, coaching and monitoring, learning sources, exchange of knowledge and experiences, staff development, team building, material support and organizational learning.

We're committed to helping organizations become responsible, accountable and effective partners. We want them to be able to do their best by the people they exist to help, and we want them to reach internationally recognized standards of professionalism. So we support a comprehensive training approach that includes information sharing, peer learning and targeted training.

Networking Opportunities

Meet with other non-governmental and / or community-based organizations to learn more about how your organization can help and how these organizations can help you. Increase your organization's referrals as well as learn more about other organizations to make referrals to. Develop long-lasting and meaningful relationships with other organizations that can provide supportive services to your organization.

Support Groups

Discuss your organization's stresses and challenges with other non-governmental organization professionals. Receive support and advice from other organizations that have experienced the similar challenges as your organization. Get insight from organizations from a number of different service groups and service areas.

Community Involvement Opportunities

Learn more about events held by non-governmental and / or community-based organizations in your area! As a Non-Governmental Organization Network member, post Non-Governmental organization's events to the "Community Events" page of this website to promote and increase attendance.

Monthly E-Newsletter

Receive a monthly e-Newsletter in which you will receive up-to-date articles and topics related to the nonprofit industry. Members are also able to submit articles and events to be included in the e-Newsletter and have distributed to thousands of other nonprofit/nongovernmental organizations!
