We are an International School of Ontological Coaching with more than two decades training coaches in various countries of the world. We are also an international consultancy that from coaching addresses the various transformational processes of the organizational field. We were born as a school in the United States (California) in 1990, that year our first generation of students graduated. In these years we have trained more than 5,000 coaches on five continents. What moves us as an organization is to accompany the human being in his transformational processes, often challenging him, and at the same time, offering him spaces to flourish with all his might.
