Congress Service Center (CSC), Macedonia, was founded in 1999, as a Limited company, with the goal of providing broad range of highly professional consulting services, event management, translation and interpretation, publishing and travel by offering the very best level of quality.

CSC has its principal office in Skopje, Macedonia and there are officially 3 representative offices in the region (Serbia, Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina). 

Project Management Consulting

Through our professional and experienced employees and well established network of partners and collaborators in the local, regional and international environment, CSC delivers specific targeted knowledge, technical and administrative expertise and project management services in the following areas:

CSC provides consulting services and expertise for all SIEA Framework contract lots as a sub‐contractor and associated partner company. This includes mobilization of recognized and experienced experts for world‐wide assignments and at very short notice. We have experienced in‐house stuff supporting the whole process, from identifying the right expertize to delivering services of highest quality, including all backstopping, quality assurance, procurement/tendering and monitoring of progress and implementation of Service projects.

Event Management

In the past 17 years we have organized over 10.000 conferences with full logistics, while having provided interpreting and equipment at as many as 7.000 events. We offer assistance in every single phase of the project, from its conception to its finalization. We believe that the successful completion of an event is based on the combination of time, resources, and human capacity. At all stages of our management of these processes we engage the principle of monitoring and control. Our event management services include:

Translation, Proofreading and Interpretation

We offer translation services for all world languages, and Central and Eastern European languages are considered our specialty. CSC has a pool of
professionally trained translators and interpreters for consecutive and simultaneous translation and interpretation which are engaged during the seminars and congresses, round tables, workshops, on different topics such as law, industry, medicine, economy, politics, etc. With more than 17 years of experience in professional translation, interpreting and conference organization services, CSC has become associated with service excellence, high quality translations and outstanding value.

Publishing and Literature Translation

Throughout the years, alongside its main activities and running one of the biggest translator networks in the country, CSC developed a new sector dealing with Publishing and Literary Translation which has gradually formed into a separate branch POLICA publishing house. So far, CSC/POLICA has published approximately 500 titles printed in over 550 000 copies. CSC/POLICA works with the range of languages and cultures covered, such as English, German, French, Latin, Spanish, Russian, Swedish, Bulgarian, Italian, Chinese.

Travel Services

Congress Travel Service is formed in 2014 as a small, but over a short period of time became a competitive travel agency. Our agency offers a complete tourist service, offering high‐quality travel deals. It is at the same time one of the main reasons for the pleasure, trust and cooperation we have with our clients, which continues until today. Congress Travel Service is a member of ATAM, holding a License A according to the Law on tourism of R. Macedonia, issued by the Ministry of Economy.
