IDICO-ICC Construction Company, formerly known as IDICO Hydropower Construction Company, was established in accordance with Decision No. 134 / QĐ-TCT dated November 29, 2006 of the General Council of Members Vietnam Urban and Industrial Zone Investment and Development Company - One Member Limited Liability Company.
IDICO-ICC transformed into a one member limited liability company under Decision No. 19 / QD-TCT dated March 15, 2011 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Urban and Industrial Zone Development Investment Corporation - one member limited.
IDICO Construction Company Limited was established and operated under the Business Registration Certificate No. 3602478261 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Nai Province for the first time on 31 March 2011, October 19, 2012.
