The Moscow Bureau for Human Rights (MBHR) is a Russian non-governmental organization founded in 2002.

MBHR maintains close contacts with leading non-governmental organizations of the Russian Federation, the office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Russian Academy of Sciences, creative unions, and a number of national and religious organizations.

The Bureau for Human Rights carries out daily monitoring of human rights violations and specialized monitoring of manifestations of aggressive xenophobia in the Russian Federation. The information received in the course of monitoring is posted on popular Internet sites, in Russian and foreign media. The organization employs a group of leading Russian and foreign experts who regularly prepare articles, reviews, reviews, and analytical reports for the media and human rights organizations of the Russian Federation.
