Thetis Island Nature Conservancy (ThINC) is a registered charity located on a small Gulf Island in the Salish Sea off the coast of British Columbia. It lies within the Coastal Douglas-fir Biogeoclimatic Zone and is home to the Douglas-fir, the Western Red Cedar, the Garry Oak, the Great Blue Heron, the Camas, the Pacific Herring, the Black-tailed Deer, the Little Brown Myotis, the Banana Slug, the Swallowtail Butterfly, the Red-legged Frog and many other species.
