Black Lake is an oilfield services provider that operates a fully equipped machine shop facility in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq, where it is registered with the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG).

The company’s technical and engineering services include inspection, instrumentation, precision machining, pressure testing and pressure control equipment repair (including BOP and wellhead equipment), thermal coating (HVOF), electro-mechanical repair, welding & fabrication services, hard banding, hard facing for carbides, and procurement.

Additionally, Black Lake manages 400,000m2 of industrial and located south of Erbil, which is leased out to various tenants from the oil and gas industry.
