Kore Italia takes care not to waste this fundamental asset but to reuse it wasting as little as possible, to prevent unused heat from contributing to global warming. This is done through the development and subsequent installation of an innovative heat management system produced by industrial furnaces. The system allows to obtain a saving of up to 15% of the fuel consumption of the furnace and to recover and reuse up to 45% of the energy produced by the burners. The heat managed with this process can be reused directly and more efficiently wherever it is required, such as for heating or cooling production cycles or for cooling processing areas or to produce electricity through ORC units.
