Habitat-Cité was created by people from various backgrounds – town planning, geography, architecture, photography – with the ambition of contributing to the reduction of slums and all types of unfit housing in France and around the world. To carry out this mission, the founding members of Habitat-Cité considered that it was necessary to act on the construction and rehabilitation of housing as well as on the economic and social aspects of exclusion.
