COFIMA (Fiduciary Management and Audit Company) is a firm of accounting expertise resulting from the merger between the firm ECEC (Expertise Accounting Studies and Consulting) created in 1991 and the firm Alliance System created in 1988, registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accountants (OECCA-BENIN) under number 008-SE. COFIMA ensures the main missions generally devolved to the profession:

audit and critical review of projects funded by International Organizations;
contractual and legal audit of private, parastatal and public enterprises;
accounting and expertise work;
legal, tax and information consultancy;
study, editing, evaluation and management of complex public sector projects;
