Amhara Design and Supervision Works Enterprise (ADSWE) was established as public enterprise to realize the objective of the well being of people through providing excel consultancy service. The enterprise is mainly established to play important roles in four pillar business units: in the fields of water resources, Land Use Plan and in other related areas. The four pillar Business Units include Irrigation & Electricity, Water Supply and Sewerage, Hydrogeology & Geo-techniques and Land Use Planning & Environmental Impact. Study and design for irrigation and drainage, water supply, sanitation & Sewerage, river training, hydropower generation, ground water investigation, Hydrogeology and Geo techniques, land use planning and environmental impact assessment and other related works are the main comprehensive range of services given to our clients in the aforementioned four Business areas. In addition, it provides supervision and contract administration service for irrigation and drainage, water supply and sanitation and well drilling projects to improve the construction qualities and standards. ADSWE has organized with three major dedicated supporting services to carry out their core businesses successfully. One with advanced Laboratory Service, the second with Training, Research and development center, and the third with efficient Engineering Services division that contains Topographic Surveying, Drafting, Geotechnical and Electromechanical services.
