About
The Zimbabwe Agricultural Development Trust (ZADT) is a nonprofit oriented organization which was registered on the 5th of October 2010 in Zimbabwe. It was established by SNV Netherlands Development Organization and Humanistic Institute for Development Cooperation (Hivos). The primary purpose of the Trust is to mobilize and provide funding which will contribute to the recovery and improvement of the smallholder farming sector.
ZADT administers an agricultural facility known as the ZADT Fund whose purpose is to contribute to the recovery and improvement of the agricultural sector in Zimbabwe. ZADT mobilizes and provides funding to agribusinesses involved in strategic agricultural value chains that benefit smallholder farmers engaged in commercially viable and sustainable agricultural activities.
