In 2005 the self-developed concrete construction was patented. This special concrete construction method, which combines large floating concrete structures and turns them into a rigid unit, offers the possibility of creating foundations on the water in all dimensions for a wide variety of structures. The structures can be connected directly on the water.

Our technology is unique. It offers the benefit of flexibly applying our systems for a large number and variety of requirements and orders of magnitude. We have patented technology that is used to join smaller, individual units to form larger structures. This makes it possible to create stable, floating foundations on the water, which are highly variable in their sizes. The great intrinsic weights of our structures have the outstanding capability of damping heavy swells of water. Their great flotation stability makes it possible to erect an extensive variety of structures on our floating foundations. We create an individual concrete mix design for every project. Our floating structures are therefore highly effective for acidic as well as for salt water.
