Berlin Space Consortium (BSC)

Berlin Space Consortium (BSC) is a space company in the German capital that develops highly innovative space applications for commercial, scientific, and governmental customers. The primary focus of BSC is on the development of electric space propulsion and chemical rocket propulsion, whereas BSC covers the whole value chain from system design to flight model delivery. In addition, BSC develops together with its consortium partners various ambitious technologies including expendable and reusable orbital vehicles as well separation systems for payloads and stages.

For LEO, MEO and GEO satellites with a launch mass of up to 10,000 kg, BSC provides customized solutions for complete onboard propulsion systems to enable enhanced mission performance, extended orbital lifetime, and EOL (End-of-Life) de-orbit maneuvers. Besides its products and technologies, BSC offers a broad range of specialized services, which comprise cutting edge manufacturing technologies for new materials including special metal alloys, composites, and ceramics.
