Purpose
The advancement of knowledge concerning the various aspects of precancerous conditions and head and neck neoplasms.

Main targets:

• The organization of scientific and educational conferences on head and neck neoplasms.
• The development of research activities in areas related to head and neck tumors.
• The information about neoplasms related to the papilloma virus (Human Papillomavirus-HPV) and the role of the vaccine for prevention and treatment.
• The promotion of oral support guidelines, in collaboration with the Hellenic Society of Oral Oncology-EEOS and the Oral Care, Mucositis and Bone Health Study Groups of the Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer / International Society of Oral Oncology (MASCC/ISOO).
• The participation in the national effort to create a neoplasm file for head and neck cancer cases that occur in our country.
