ISP - Institute for Urban Research, Planning and Communication

We have set ourselves the goal of supporting sustainable transformation processes in cities and districts - together with the stakeholders, with an integrated and transdisciplinary approach. Our work is based on many years of research experience that goes beyond the founding year of 2008. Scientists from various disciplines work in the ISP team under the direction of Prof. Dr.-Ing.Heidi Sinningtogether on municipal issues. We cooperate closely with the Urban and Spatial Planning course at the Erfurt University of Applied Sciences and with partners from science and practice in Germany and abroad.
